Cheyenne Townhomes Valencia CA (Santa Clarita Valley)

Thank you for visiting my blog about the Cheyenne Town Home Community in Valencia, CA.

Valencia is a planned community located in Los Angeles County, California in the northwestern corner of the Santa Clarita Valley, adjacent to Interstate 5. Valencia's residential areas are separated into villages. Almost all of Valencia's villages are close to schools, shopping, etc. In many of the villages, homeowner's associations oversee the quality and upkeep of housing developments ranging in size from a few dozen homes to over a thousand.

The Cheyenne Town Home community is in the Northbridge Village, in the heart of Valencia. It consists of clusters of 169 attached town homes in Valencia, CA (within the Santa Clarita Valley.)

There are four models of town homes in the Cheyennes:
Model 1 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath town home with 1025 square feet of living space.
Model 2 is a 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath town home with 1176 square feet of living space.
Model 3 is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath town home with 1219 square feet of living space.
Model 4 is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath town home with 1433 square feet of living space.

Most Cheyenne town homes have a small enclosed patio/yard and attached garages. The community also has a pool, spa, basket ball court and immediate access to miles of nature walking trails and local parks.

The streets the Cheyenne Town homes reside on are: Cheyenne Drive, Napa Drive, Sedona Drive, Big Horn Way, Big Sur Drive, Rock Creek Drive, Tahoe Drive, Morro Bay Drive, Bryce Road, Sierra Court, Yosemite Place and Shasta Drive. The zip code is 91354.
